New soft- and hardware for pertly fully-automated distribution centre
A total storage capacity of 30,000 pallets. That was the goal that logistical service provider Castelein had in mind when it constructed its third warehouse in Belgium. This warehouse has a surface area of 12,000 m2 and, at its heart, a fully automated thirty-metre-tall high-bay warehouse. It was built right next to the production site of Continental Foods. As its distribution partner, Castelein can offer this important client an even higher quality of service. Castelein asked Vanboxtel to set up the logistical process in its new, hypermodern distribution centre.
